Dear Visitor,
I appreciate your interest in my work, and since you find yourself on this page, you are probably thinking of commissioning me for an illustration or a project in the near future. Whether you are a private person or representing a company, please refer to the terms outlined below for an overview of how I work, and instructions on how to contract me. Should you have any additional questions or conditions you would like to address, do not hesitate to contact me by email and I will be happy to discuss them with you.
If you would like to submit a query for a project or a commission, please provide me with as many details as you can and I will get back to you with an estimate.
Purchasing an Existing Artwork

As much as I would like to make all of my work available for sale, I cannot do so due to the availability of properly sized prints binding copyright agreements. However, feel free to visit the store section of my website for a selection of prints, posters, package deals and other merchandise that is currently available.
* The artist retains copyright privileges to all existing material.
Contracting for a Commercial Work

If you are interested in contracting me for a series of illustrations or a project, I encourage you to take a look at the pricing estimates for single commissions and contact me directly with an offer and any details you may provide. Since commercial work carries with it the benefit of exposure and unique conditions, the prices and terms are subject to negotiation on case by case basis.
* Copyright privileges will be subject to negotiated terms.
Commissioning an Original Artwork

Whether you are a role player looking to have your character designed, an aspiring writer that needs a scene illustrated, a fan that always wanted a custom print of a favorite character, or a game developer that needs a visual artist, you have come to the right place.
Does the style suit you?
Before proceeding further, please take a look at my gallery and make sure that my style is what you are looking for. Also, please note that I specialize in character design and illustration in the realm of fantasy and science fiction. I am comfortable with humanoids of most kinds, action shots, group shots or character sheets, but much less proficient with monster or animal illustrations as a primary subjects.
Designing a Character
If you already have a character design worked out on paper or as a sketch, and would like to have it professionally illustrated, please provide me with a detailed character profile, description, or any images (your own or borrowed) that reflect your vision of this character. Feel free to find commercial art, photography or other elements which you feel represent what you would like to see.
* You will retain character design copyrights, while the artist will retain the right to display the work for portfolio purposes only. You will also be asked to credit the artist upon displaying the work. (Subject to negotiation if the work is for commercial purposes or distribution)
Order and Estimate
Please note that I am under no obligation to accept every commission that is submitted to me. However, I encourage you to send a query with as much information as you can give me regarding your order (subject matter, preferred size, etc), and I will get back to you within a couple of days with my answer and estimate (should I accept your commission).
Deadlines
Normally, I will provide you with a time frame to complete the illustration you requested along with the price estimate. If you happen to have a deadline to meet, please specify it in your original query.
Making Modifications
I believe that communication with the client is important to mutually satisfying results, so once I have accepted your commission and received all the necessary information to produce a sketch, you will be sent a low resolution version of the sketch for approval. Every client is given the opportunity to make minor modifications at this point at no extra cost. (ex: costume details, accessories, hair style, etc.) On the other hand, if major modifications have to be made (ex: a drastic change to character’s age, pose, gender, costume etc.) it will be done at an additional cost estimated based on the complexity of the requested changes. The only exception to the above is if a mistake was made by the artist in overlooking the originally provided instructions.
Delivery and Payment
Once your illustration is finished, you will be provided with proof of completion in the form of a low resolution, watermarked image. At this point, you will be asked to make the remaining 70% of the agreed upon payment to receive the full resolution piece.
I prefer PayPal as a payment method for its security and simplicity. It is easy to set up and the process only takes a few days. I am open to discussing other payment options but refuse to accept cheques in the mail. Please specify a payment preference early on to avoid later misunderstandings.
Once I have received the full sum, the high quality image will be transferred to you via the method of your choice, or uploaded onto my domain with the URL made available to you for download.
